Kristin Aerts Bourgoin currently serves as the General Manager and Vice President of Anywhere Leads at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., where Kristin leads a team of senior leaders overseeing various functions, including Business Development and Marketing, within a network of 500 brokers and 8,000 certified agents. Prior to this role, Kristin was the Vice President of Strategy & Integration at Anywhere Franchise Brands, collaborating on growth strategies under the CEO's guidance. Kristin's experience includes significant roles at Realogy, where Kristin developed and led the Consumer Programs Team, introducing successful initiatives like RealVitalize and RealSure, and held various positions focused on strategy and execution. Previous to Realogy, Kristin contributed to healthcare consulting at Providence Health & Services, achieving notable cost savings, and began a career with positions in strategy and analysis at Camber Collective and Group Health Cooperative. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sales from the University of Washington.
