As an Operations Team Member, you will support the overall operations of the club by assisting with various tasks related to event logistics, team coordination, and administrative work. You’ll work closely with the leadership and other teams to ensure the club’s goals are met, helping to create a positive and productive environment for the club and its members.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with event logistics, including setup, coordination, and post-event evaluation.
- Provide administrative support by helping with scheduling, meeting organization, and other operational tasks.
- Help manage club resources, such as supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of tasks.
- Assist with general office duties, including document filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
- Dedicating 4 hours weekly, including 2 hours in-office for operational support, coordination, and teamwork.
