Sofia Odéen has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Sofia began their career at Attendo as a Vårdbiträde from January 2012 to August 2015. Sofia then joined Ants Tech Recruiters as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from October 2015 to November 2016, and later took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager from October 2016 to December 2017. In these positions, they were responsible for setting up and maintaining agile hiring processes, supporting TA Consultants, and implementing employer branding strategies.
From January 2019 to October 2020, Sofia worked in Learning & Development at Ants, where they established a Techrek Community offering courses, seminars, and workshops in tech recruitment. Sofia then joined H&M Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner from April 2020 to April 2021.
Returning to Ants Tech Recruiters, Sofia took on the role of People and Talent Manager from December 2017, focusing on managing recruitment projects, building partnerships, coaching and supporting hiring managers, and conducting competence-based interviews and assessments. Sofia also served as a Competence Lead for International recruitment from August 2021 to March 2022.
Currently, Sofia is working at Ants Executive Search as an Executive Recruitment Manager, a role they started in June 2022 and continues.
Additionally, Sofia worked at Tobii AB as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from November 2015 to November 2016.
Sofia Odéen completed their Bachelor's degree in "Arbetsvetenskap" (Work Science) from Karlstad University, from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they briefly studied Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania but did not complete a degree. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Sofia attended Carlforsska gymnasiet and obtained a degree in "Samhällsvetenskap" (Social Science) with a focus on "Entreprenörskap" (Entrepreneurship). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications such as ACE - Adjustable Competence Evaluation and Master Person Analysis from "master™ value people™" in January 2017, and MAP - Measuring and Assessing Individual Potential from Assessio in October 2014.
