Hugo Leichsenring is the founder and CEO of Ants - Tech Recruiters, a specialized recruitment company focused on building successful tech departments amidst a significant IT skills shortage. Since 2005, Hugo has been actively involved in Företagarna, where contributions have included participation at local, regional, and national levels, previously serving as the Second Vice Chair of the national board. Prior experience includes founding Ants IT, an IT support provider, and teaching at the International College. Hugo holds a Master of Engineering degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed in 2002.
