Wee Phing ensures term sheets, founder agreements and fund structures are in order at Antler. He also advises founders regarding incorporation and more. Wee Phing started his career in private practice in Singapore, specialising in corporate law and investment funds. He moved in-house in 2005 with Citibank, and later headed the legal function of RBS Coutts’ private wealth management operations in Singapore. He has also been the Head of Legal for Asia for a family office and a global private bank.
