Kate Hofman is an accomplished entrepreneur currently serving as an Entrepreneur at Antler since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kate founded and directed GrowUp Farms from January 2013 to August 2024, specializing in high-quality, efficient salad leaf production. Earlier experience includes working as an Organisational Change Consultant at IBM, where expertise encompassed IT transformation and stakeholder management across various sectors, and co-founding Arboreal, which focused on enhancing the value of Non-Timber Forest Products in tropical cooperatives. Kate's formative career also included a stint as a Ski Instructor. Educational qualifications feature an Honorary Doctorate of Science in Environmental Science from Bath Spa University, a degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, and a BA Hons in Education and English Literature from Durham University.
