Akhil Sharma serves as the Investments Director at Antler, where responsibilities include leading investments and people for Australia's most active pre-seed venture capital investor since October 2022. Concurrently, Akhil holds a volunteer advisory role as Growth Capital Advisor at Sefa, offering insights on growth capital deals and strategies. Previous experience includes leading the Scaleup Program at EnergyLab, managing operations and strategy for Agoda in Oceania, and holding various operational roles at Uber, including project management and community operations. Akhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Renewable Energy from UNSW, completed in 2016.
