Tse Wei Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing, program management, and creative direction. Currently a Technical Writer at Antithesis since September 2024, Tse Wei previously served as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Gro Intelligence, where contributions included establishing the Program Management Office and defining engineering productivity metrics. Prior to this, Tse Wei was the Chief of Staff, providing strategic support to the CEO and facilitating annual planning processes. As Creative Director at Formlabs, Tse Wei played a key role in marketing efforts that doubled revenue in 18 months. Additional experience includes founding and operating multiple acclaimed restaurants, serving as Marketing Director and Analyst at Novarica, and working as Brand Planner at Now What. Tse Wei holds a degree from Harvard University, completed in 2002.
