Currently serving as a Partner at INIT VC and Portfolio Director at the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) since October 2013, Ilya oversees a portfolio that includes 18 companies and manages over $12 million in assets. Ilya's expertise encompasses investment sourcing, business due diligence, and post-investment board membership, contributing to a portfolio of over 360 early-stage startups at IIDF. Active in various board roles, Ilya is involved with AI-driven platforms such as Brandquad and Convead, and mixed reality innovations at HoloGroup. A co-founder of Dulton Media Limited, Ilya has a strong background in launching and managing media startups. Ilya holds a master's degree in Computer Technologies in Business from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
