Michelle McCready is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and system design. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Projects, Growth at the Anti-Defamation League since August 2022, McCready previously held various project management roles within the organization, including Project Manager for Brand & Marketing and Director of the Project Management Office. With a career foundation established at Prudential Securities Inc. and the Ford Foundation, McCready has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing user experience and operational success through effective communication and system education, including engagement with C-suite executives. McCready holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Baruch College.
