As Principal Owner of Bayou City Business Advisors, Shannon brings extensive experience in benefits management, previously serving as Benefits Program Manager for Leave of Absence & Disability at National Veterinary Associates and working as a Human Resources Generalist at Axiom Medical. Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University.
