Spencer Weills is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in real estate development and mechanical contracting. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Anthem Properties Group Ltd. since September 2021, Spencer has been instrumental in multifamily mixed-use developments. Previously, Spencer managed projects at Mark III Construction, Inc., specializing in mechanical contracting, and led the development, design, and construction of co-working office spaces at CENTRL Office. Earlier roles include project management in single-family home renovations and multifamily engineering at iBuild Pdx General Contractor, as well as mechanical design for HVAC and plumbing systems at Glumac. Spencer's career began with sales and design of solar PV systems at Plan It Solar. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University.
