Marcelle Pavan is an experienced executive and producer with a diverse background in film, television, and education. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Anthem Properties Group Ltd. since February 2023, Marcelle previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Ledingham McAllister from January 2012 to October 2022. In the entertainment industry, Marcelle worked as a Producer on various award-winning projects, including the TV series "Making the Cut" and the Oscar-shortlisted film "Facing Ali." Earlier roles included Director of Operations at Gun For Hire, where Marcelle oversaw the transformation of a corporate office into a film studio, and Television Commercial Producer at Bear Studios, establishing an in-house production division. Marcelle also served as a Psychology Lecturer at the University of South Wales. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Industrial Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of London, along with a PGCE in Psychology from the University of Wales.
