As the Founder and CEO of Anthem Biosciences Private Limited since 2006, Ajay has been instrumental in shaping the company's direction and success. Previously, Ajay served as President at Biocon from 1986 to 2006, where significant contributions were made to the organization. Educationally, Ajay holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Early education was completed at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
