Maranda Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles. Maranda is currently the Director of Customer Success at Anteriad, a position they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Anteriad from January 2021 to May 2022. Maranda's work experience started in 2007 at the YMCA of Greater Louisville, where they held various roles including Head Lifeguard, Shift Lead, Lifeguard, and Swim Instructor. In their role as Head Lifeguard, they managed a team of lifeguards, maintained pool safety and chemical balances, and ensured scheduling was up-to-date.
Maranda Taylor attended Louisville Male High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their high school diploma. Maranda then went on to study at the University of Louisville from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. In addition to their formal education, Maranda has obtained various certifications, including a Certification in Digital Advertising Fundamentals from U of Digital and Customer Service Leadership, Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers, and other professional certifications from LinkedIn.
