David Cooper has extensive experience in technology and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Consulting and Corporate Vice Chairman at Antech Systems, Inc. since August 1995. In this role, David Cooper has also functioned as a technology consultant for Performance Support Systems and program manager for NAVAIR programs. Prior to this, David Cooper was the President of Digital Wave Technologies from July 2012 to December 2015, following a merger with Antech Systems. David Cooper earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland (1979-1982) and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Bryn Athyn College of the New Church (1977-1979).
