Kriti Bhalla currently serves as the Assistant General Manager for Human Capital at Antara Senior Care since July 2020, and has held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Manager and Manager of Learning & Development. Prior to joining Antara Senior Care, Kriti worked as a Manager in Learning & Development at Teleperformance for a brief period in 2020. Kriti's career in training and development began at InterGlobe Technologies Ltd, where roles included Assistant Manager Training, Senior Trainer, and Voice & Accent Trainer for IndiGo Airlines, as well as Language Coach and Customer Service Representative for United Airlines. Previous experience also includes a role as Manager in Learning and Development at Max Skill First Limited from July 2018 to March 2020.
