Maureen Healy is an experienced UX researcher with a robust background in user experience, training, and research. Currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at AnswerLab since November 2018, Maureen has progressed through various roles including Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher. Prior to this, Maureen worked at RCM Solutions, Inc. as a Training Specialist, where responsibilities included developing training strategies for federal systems modernization and creating user guides and videos. Maureen also served as a User Analyst, focusing on user-centered design and conducting user research. Earlier experience includes roles at Westat as a Research Assistant, supporting Agile software development for educational assessments, and at RESEARCH SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, LLC, providing research support for scholarship evaluations. Maureen holds a Master's degree in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both from Loyola University Chicago.
