Sweety Lingwal is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in recruitment and client success management. Since July 2017, Sweety has served as the Sr. Business Development Manager at ANS RPO Solutions, where the focus is on enhancing clients’ recruitment processes through outsourced services. In January 2024, Sweety transitioned to a role as Client Success Manager at Aidify, dedicated to improving task management by alleviating administrative challenges for clients. Prior to these positions, Sweety worked as a High School Teacher at Open Minds A Birla School from April 2015 to June 2017. Educationally, Sweety holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
