Nithin R has a diverse work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Nithin is currently working as an Associate Director - Procurement at ANSR since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Allstate India as a Procurement Category Manager - IT from July 2022 to November 2023. Nithin also served as a Sourcing and Contract Manager at Silicon Valley Bank from July 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they worked at EY as a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Global Technology Sourcing from December 2017 to July 2021. Nithin also has experience as an Associate Sourcing Manager at Thomson Reuters from May 2016 to November 2017 and as a Sourcing Specialist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from April 2009 to May 2016.

Nithin R completed an Engineering Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education between 2002 and 2005. In addition to their diploma, they have obtained various certifications focused on negotiation, project management, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, and strategic negotiation from LinkedIn between 2016 and 2023.
