Vania Nunes Barbosa is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Associate Director for Latin America at Ansell since January 2014, Vania oversees all HR activities, including payroll, training, people development, labor relations, union negotiations, and benefits implementation. Prior to this role, Vania held several positions within Ansell, including Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Supervisor, managing multiple sites and focusing on labor relations and employee development. Vania's earlier experience includes HR roles at GRUNDFOS, Splice do Brasil S/A, Alcoa Aluminio S/A, and Diferença Trabalho Temporário e Terceirizado Ltda., where responsibilities encompassed HR coordination, payroll management, environmental health and safety, and various aspects of employee management. Vania holds a Postgraduate degree in People Management from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Sorocaba.
