Dinesh Jeevan serves as the Plant HR Head and Lead HRBP at Ansell since December 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing plant human resources in Kovai. Prior to this role, Dinesh worked at Ola Electric from February 2021 to December 2022 as a Manager in HRBP, focusing on talent management, HR strategy development, and employee relations. Dinesh also held the position of Assistant Manager in HRBP at Delta Electronics from February 2016 to January 2021, dealing with recruitment strategies and employee welfare. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist and Admin at Gabriel India Limited, where Dinesh was involved in statutory compliance and employee relations, and as an HR Trainee at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on performance appraisal systems. Dinesh possesses an MBA in HRM from Adhiyamaan College of Education and a B.Sc. in Bio-Chem from Sacred Heart College.
