Luis Hernandez has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience spanning over several prestigious hotels and resorts. Luis began their career at the Hyatt Regency in 1992 as a Store Room Clerk and Butchershop Chef de Partie, where they worked for ten years. In 2008, they joined the Renaissance Curacao Resort & Casino as Chief Steward, a role they held until 2012. Following that, they worked as a Purchasing Manager at the Holiday Inn/Venetto Beach Resort from 2012 to 2013. Then, they joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as an Executive Chief Steward from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Chief Steward at the Anse Chastanet Hotel and Spa, which they started in 2014.
Luis Hernandez attended Juliana School Aruba from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued their E.T.A.O degree in MAVO. Following that, they enrolled at Bushiri Hotel Vakschool from 1990 to 1993, specializing in Hotel Management with a focus on Gesti\u00f3n de hoteles y restaurantes.
