Eric Papon currently holds the positions of Responsable scientifique Recherche Partenariale at ANR and Conseiller Innovation at France Universités. Additionally, Eric Papon has been with Université de Bordeaux since January 2014, serving as Chargé de Mission Filières Industrielles et Socio-économiques and holding the roles of Vice-président for innovation and enterprise relations as well as vice-président délégué à l'innovation. Previously, Eric Papon served as vice-président recherche at Université Bordeaux 1 from April 2012 to December 2013. Eric Papon earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from Université de Bordeaux between 1983 and 1992.
