Danielle Walker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing HR departments within fast-growing manufacturing environments. Currently serving as the Head of HR for EMEA at Anord Mardix since February 2015, Danielle oversees a team of twelve across nine sites, supporting 1200 employees in the UK, Ireland, and Singapore. Prior roles include HR Manager at Anord Mardix, HR Advisor and Human Resources Administrator at Premier Farnell, and various HR positions within James Cropper PLC and Valeo. Danielle's educational background includes a Level 7 qualification in HRD and HRM from CIPD and a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University.
