Collette Dumas has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Anoplate Corporation since April 2020, Collette is responsible for overseeing operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Collette was a Production Supervisor at BorgWarner from March 2011 to April 2020 and worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft from September 2009 to March 2011. Collette's career began at Bombardier Transportation, where Collette held the position of Production Manager from October 1995 to March 2007.
