David Zhang serves as the IT Manager at Anomaly in Shanghai, China, since January 2017, where responsibilities include resolving issues from previous IT outsourcing, implementing solutions, and overseeing annual IT planning and budgeting. Prior to this role, David worked as an IT Consultant and teaching assistant at Tongji University in 2016, focusing on legacy issues, organizing IT data, developing IT plans, and optimizing network systems. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completed between 2010 and 2015.
