Dylan Adams has worked at two different companies in chronological order. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Senior Research Technician at Brigham and Women's Hospital. During this time, they were part of a collaborative team that focused on developing and executing experiments to model human diseases. Dylan gained expertise in various techniques such as cell culture, flow cytometry, and murine models. Dylan also contributed to identifying the critical amino acids in the protein Cereblon, as well as the mechanism behind thalidomide-induced teratogenicity.

In 2019, Dylan joined Anokion as a Senior Research Associate. At Anokion, they helped establish the B & T cell ELISpot protocol for both human and murine samples. Dylan also designed and conducted in-vivo/in-vitro studies to support drug development in multiple diseases. Dylan regularly presented their research findings in weekly Immunology meetings and occasionally to the research leadership of the company.

Dylan Adams obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology & English Literature from Northeastern University between 2012 and 2018.
