Hem Pandya is an experienced pharmaceutical executive with a broad spectrum of commercial,
operational, strategic and corporate development experience. Hem is the co-founder and President of Exchange Health, LLC., a healthcare service company providing solutions to pharmaceutical companies for commercializing products. Hem also serves on the Board of Directors for several pharmaceutical and start-up biotech organizations including Davis Pharmaceuticals (product development and manufacturing company) and Chimeron Therapeutics (a gene therapy company). In previous years, Hem was the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vensun Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a specialty generic pharmaceutical company that was sold in 2019. Prior to being CEO of Vensun, Hem has served as a Chief Officer and Executive for several companies within the pharmaceutical industry. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Zimmerli Museum at Rutgers University. Hem is also active within various non-profit organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of America in Mercer County, NJ.
