Mildred Diane Johnson is a Senior Associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, where since September 2011, contributions have focused on coordinating the strategic grant-making process within the Evidence2Success project, enhancing partnerships among public systems, schools, and communities. This role includes providing critical technical assistance to demonstration sites concerning evidence-based program implementation and evaluation. Previously, as a Grants Associate, Mildred designed a new hire training program and established a proposal review timeline for applicants. Prior experience includes positions as a Grants Specialist with Lockheed Martin, Mortgage Loan Officer at Amerinet Financial, Financial Planner with Bynum and Associates Financial Planning, Grants Management Specialist at the Fannie Mae Foundation, and Administrative Coordinator at The Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Mildred holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit and Association Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
