Karl Seelaus has diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1994, they worked at MicroWarehouse providing technical support for government, corporate, and educational customers. During this time, Karl was the lead Apple Macintosh technician and also provided support for Windows hardware, software, and networking. In 1998, they joined Aperture Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer, where they assisted customers with Aperture Visual Information Manager and custom visual solutions. Karl also utilized their expertise in Access, SQL Server, and Oracle DB to connect data with visual graphics. In 2007, Karl transitioned to Emerson Network Power - Avocent as a Technical Support Analyst III, supporting Aperture Vista, Trellis, and Data Center Planner DCIM software products. Karl worked with customers through webex, phone, and email, and handled advanced queries on SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Postgres. After nine years, in 2016, they joined Vertiv as a Technical Support Analyst III, providing complex problem-solving for data center environment software issues. Finally, in 2021, Karl Seelaus began working at Anju Software as a Software Support Analyst Tier II.
Karl Seelaus attended Manhattanville College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy.
