Alexander Muthiani is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at Anjarwalla & Khanna | ALN since August 2022. Previously, Alexander held the position of Performance Management, Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement Lead for East & Central Africa at the World Food Programme from August 2021 to August 2022. With extensive experience at Andela as Senior Manager of People Operations and KPMG UK as HR & Engagement Manager covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Alexander has also been key in managing HR functions in KPMG East Africa. Alexander's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the United States International University - Africa, and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management.
