Dariusz Rink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and team management. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at ANIXE since October 2022, Dariusz leads a team of 26 Tech Support Engineers, focusing on stakeholder communication, implementing KPIs and SLAs, and enhancing team growth through a competency matrix. Previously, Dariusz held roles at BlockFi as Dev Team Manager and at Northpass and NewVoiceMedia as Product Owner, with a strong foundation in project management and dependency management. Dariusz began a career in IT support at Amazon Fulfillment Polska and has also worked in customer support roles at Agileo.IT and adidas. Education includes studying Informatics at Wyższa Szkoła Technologii Informatycznych in Katowice and a technician degree from NOVA Centrum Edukacyjne.
