Victoria Smith has extensive experience in the animal insurance sector, currently serving as an Insurance Product Specialist at Animal Friends since May 2016, where responsibilities also include training and developing personnel, as well as assessing claims quality. Prior to this role, Victoria worked at Donnington Grove Veterinary Group from 2011 to 2016 as a Veterinary Officer, specializing in animal health and welfare. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Equine Science and Management from Sparsholt College Hampshire, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
