Richard Mills is an experienced executive with a robust background in operational leadership within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Animal Friends since July 2019, Richard oversees critical accountabilities, operational strategy, and end-to-end customer operations. Prior to this, Richard held various senior roles at Zurich UK Insurance, focusing on data governance, supplier management, and operational performance. Richard's career also includes leadership positions at First Plus, HBOS, and Admiral Insurance Group, where significant achievements in collections strategy, sales performance, and operational improvements were made.
