Lauren Bage has extensive experience in customer service and IT service assurance at Animal Friends, where employment began in November 2009 and has continued to the present. In multiple leadership roles, including IT Service Assurance Lead, Head of Customer Sentiment, Head of Quality, Head of Customer Service, and Senior Team Leader, Lauren has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing customer experience and service quality.
