Carrie Daniels is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Pinnacle Pet Group since March 2024 and Animal Friends since August 2018, Carrie oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, emphasizing customer service and a passion for pets. Previous roles include Recruitment Manager at Matthew Clark, where management of a recruitment team was undertaken; Resourcing Manager and Officer at Unite Students, focusing on high-volume placements and the establishment of an in-house recruitment function; Resourcing Team Leader and Graduate Resourcing Officer at DAC Beachcroft LLP, managing graduate recruitment and implementation of an ATS; and Data Analyst at the Office for National Statistics.
