Didier Pourtau has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant management sector. Currently serving as Gerente de línea at ANGrup since April 2017, Didier is responsible for business line management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing team training and operational processes. Prior roles include Gerente Restauración Colectividades at Sodexo from November 2005 to April 2016, and Director de restaurante at Vilaplana Catering from December 2004 to November 2005, where responsibilities encompassed restaurant openings and personnel management. Didier also held the position of Director de restaurante at ANGrup from November 2002 to December 2004. Educational qualifications include a Técnico Superior en Gestión de Hostelería from Lyçée Hotelier de Bordeaux Talence and a Grado en Cocina y Sala from Lyçée Hotelier de Morlaas.
