Paul Stephan serves as the General Manager at Anglo American, with a tenure beginning in March 2015, overseeing operations at the Moranbah North Mine. Previous positions at Anglo American include SSE General Manager at the Grosvenor Mine, Operations Manager, and Underground Asset Manager, with an initial role as Maintenance Engineering Manager. Prior to joining Anglo American, Paul held key roles at BMA from February 2004 to June 2011, including One SAP Operational Business Lead, Maintenance Superintendent, and Maintenance Planner/Maintenance Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed implementation of operational systems and compliance with statutory obligations.
