Kobus Britz is an experienced supply chain executive with a comprehensive background in procurement and business development, currently serving as Head of Supply Chain for Anglo American in South Africa. With a focus on Category Management and Project Procurement, Kobus oversees an annual procurement spend of approximately USD 3 billion across capital and operational expenditures. Previous roles include leading the global Supply Chain Technical and Sustainability team, managing a USD 2 billion mining equipment portfolio, and hold leadership positions in various procurement categories with multi-billion dollar spends. Prior to Anglo American, Kobus held managerial roles at Chevron, driving business development across multiple sectors in the Europe Africa region.
