Belita Amlot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and sustainability. Since February 2017, Belita Amlot has held several key leadership roles at Anglo American, including Head of Sustainability Strategy and Governance, Head of Business Strategy, and Strategy Lead for Group Strategy. Prior to this, Belita Amlot served as Director at Belita Amlot Limited from May 2011 to February 2017, and worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from April 2007 to May 2011. Additionally, Belita Amlot gained experience as an Executive at Ernst & Young from 2004 to 2007. Belita Amlot holds a degree from the University of Cambridge.
