Rod Barber is a finance and business administration professional with a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned between 1965 and 1970. Rod Barber's extensive career includes a significant tenure at Frost Bank, where Rod Barber served as Senior Vice President from April 1989 until November 2019. Following retirement from Frost Bank, Rod Barber has been involved in volunteer risk management with the Anglican Church in North America since November 2019.
