Euan Black is an experienced professional in capital programme delivery and risk assessment, currently serving as the Head of Delivery Portfolio Management at Anglian Water Services since November 2020, overseeing the strategic alliances for capital programme execution. Prior to this role, Euan held various positions including Strategic Portfolio Delivery Manager and Head of Operations at WRc plc, where responsibilities spanned high-value infrastructure portfolios and asset management solutions. Euan also contributes as the Chair of the Finance Committee for the Ascend Learning Trust. With a background in environmental science from the University of Hull and expertise in water hygiene and safety, Euan has developed a strong foundation in managing complex infrastructure projects and ensuring compliance with regulations throughout a diverse career.
