Lisa W. Speltz serves as Managing Director and Head of Net Lease Asset Management at Angelo Gordon since 2011, overseeing a significant investment money management firm with about $32 billion in assets. Previously, Lisa held the position of Director of Real Estate Services at Nestle Waters North America from 2000 to 2010, managing strategic portfolio direction for a diverse range of properties. Additional experience includes roles as Alliance Director of Real Estate for The Perrier Group of America and Director of Project Management at Trammell Crow Corporate Services, Asset Manager at ITT Hartford, and Associate and Design Team Leader at Cesar Pelli and Associates. Lisa's educational background encompasses degrees in Real Estate from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, an MBA in Finance and Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
