Dr. Rajeshkumar Thakkar is an experienced professional in animal genetics and breeding, currently serving as Technical Manager at Ayurvet Limited since September 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Thakkar was the Manager of Breeding at Sabarmati Ashram Gaushala managed by NDDB Dairy Services from September 2018 to September 2022, and also worked as a Research Scholar at the National Dairy Development Board in 2018, focusing on genomic selection and imputation methodology. Dr. Thakkar holds a Master of Veterinary Science in Animal Genetics and Breeding from KAMDHENU UNIVERSITY, GANDHINAGAR (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Banaskantha (2011-2016).
