Andy Snider is an experienced Information Technology Operations Manager currently leading IT operations at Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort since September 2022. Prior to this role, Andy served as the General Manager of Internal Operations at Z Networks Inc from January 2015 to September 2022, where responsibilities included meeting SLA and compliance standards for over 100 managed service clients, managing more than 2,500 endpoints, and sustaining client relationships. Andy also played a vital role in coaching internal staff, administering IT systems and network architecture, developing new product and service lines, negotiating savings with vendors, overseeing quoting and procurement, and configuring systems such as servers and custom desktops.
