Ali Anthalano has over 15 years of experience in project management and mechanical engineering, currently serving as the EPC & Others Project Controlling Manager in the PMO Division at PT ANTAM Tbk since January 2010. Ali has held various key positions, including Senior Specialist focusing on Precious Metal & Bauxite Operation Excellence and Special Assignment as Ka.Bid. Optimalisasi Aset for PT TIMAH Tbk, facilitated through the Talent Mobility program of MIND ID. Previous roles at PT ANTAM Tbk included Project Support Manager and Mechanical Maintenance Department Head, where Ali was responsible for maintaining equipment and driving continuous improvement to reduce maintenance costs. Ali began a career in the manufacturing sector as Production Team Leader at Bekaert Indonesia. Ali earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya in 2008.
