Luis Vazquez is an experienced public safety professional currently serving as the Director of Public Safety at Andy Frain Services since July 2022, overseeing safety and security at Christiana Mall in Newark, DE. Simultaneously, Vazquez is a CPR/AED Instructor for the American Heart Association, teaching lifesaving skills, and serves as a Train the Trainer for Security Guard Instructors at Delaware Technical Community College. Prior experience includes various leadership roles in public safety and security at Allied Universal and operations management positions at All Security Detective Agency and Premier Services. Luis has also served as a retired Lieutenant with the Passaic County SPCA Humane Police, enforcing animal-related laws in New Jersey.
