Erin Rice currently serves as the Community Engagement Officer at Andwell Health Partners since April 2024. Previously, Erin Rice held the role of Chief Development Officer at Pine Tree Society from September 2017 to April 2024, where Erin transformed the Marketing and Development Department, led fundraising efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, and directed a five-person marketing and development team. Erin Rice's extensive experience at Pine Tree Society began in 2000 and included positions such as Marketing and Development Director, Marketing and Communications Director, and Communications Director, demonstrating a strong capability in strategic planning, capital campaign management, and organizational branding. Earlier in Erin Rice's career, a role with AmeriCorps VISTA involved building capacity for the Maine Mentoring Partnership. Erin Rice holds a degree from the University of Maine, earned between 1995 and 1999.
