Previous roles include Director of Major Accounts and Event Management, overseeing negotiations with large collective catering accounts like Sodexo, and Director of Sales Development, where responsibilities included team recruitment, training, and strategic reporting. Prior experience at Mars involved national sales leadership and portfolio management for numerous wholesale and cash-and-carry clients. Martial's educational background includes a degree in Finance from EMLV and a DEUG in Applied Economics from Université Paris Dauphine.
